Bulgarians by God, Macedonians by Tito .... «Βούλγαροι από τον Θεό, Μακεδόνες από τον Τίτο»!!!

Είναι αστείο αυτό που συμβαίνει με τη γειτονική ΠΓΔΜ. Την στιγμή που Έλληνες πολιτικοί, αξιωματούχοι και λοιποί δηλώνουν ανοιχτά την άνεσή τους με την κλήση της ΠΓΔΜ ως «Μακεδονία» με διάφορα συνθετικά που με τον καιρό ξεχνιούνται, στο εσωτερική της γειτονικής μας χώρας, τα πράγματα είναι λίγο διαφορετικά.

Το έντονο αλβανικό στοιχείο υπενθύμισε για μια ακόμη φορά του τι συμβαίνει σε αυτήν τη χώρα. Πριν λίγες ημέρες, κατά τη διάρκεια αγώνα χειροσφαίρισης μεταξύ της ομάδας νέων του Κοσσυφοπεδίου και της ΠΓΔΜ, οπαδοί της πρώτη ανάρτησαν πανό στο οποίο γραφόταν στα αγγλικά «Bulgarians by God, Macedonians by Tito». Δηλαδή, ο Θεός τους έκανε Βούλγαρος και ο Τίτο τους έκανε «Μακεδόνες».

ΠΓΔΜ: Κατηγορούν την κυβέρνηση για πολιτικές διώξεις

Για πολιτικές διώξεις και αποκλεισμό των πολιτικών της αντιπάλων, κατηγορεί την κυβέρνηση του Νίκολα Γκρούεφσκι,στην ΠΓΔΜ, η αντιπολίτευση αμέσως μετά τις βουλευτικές εκλογές της 5ης Ιουνίου.

Οι αρχηγοί 16 κομμάτων που συμμετέχουν στο συνασπισμό της αντιπολίτευσης υπό τη «Σοσιλαδημοκρατική Ένωση», του Μπράνκο Τσερβένκοφσκι, μετά τη συνάντηση που είχαν σήμερα στα Σκόπια, όπου εξέτασαν την τρέχουσα πολιτική κατάσταση στη χώρα, απηύθυναν προειδοποίηση προς την κυβέρνηση του Ν. Γκρούεφσκι να σταματήσει αμέσως με αυτές τις πρακτικές, οι οποίες προκαλούν «ανεπανόρθωτη ζημιά στις δημοκρατικές διαδικασίες στη χώρα», σημειώνοντας ότι σε διαφορετική περίπτωση θα αντιδράσουν δυναμικά χρησιμοποιώντας «όλα τα μέσα αντίστασης που έχουν στη διάθεση τους». Τα κόμματα της αντιπολίτευσης αναφέρουν ότι η κυβέρνηση Γκρούεφσκι, αμέσως μετά τις τελευταίες εκλογές, επιδίδεται σε «συστηματικό πογκρόμ», κατά της αντιπολίτευσης και οποιασδήποτε επικριτικής φωνής στη χώρα.

HEC: Unconditional support for Vasko Glogorijevic

The following statement is intended to express unconditional support for Vasko Glogorijevic, political prisoner of the dictatorial and undemocratic government in Skopje officially recognized by international organizations as former yugoslav republic of macedonia (FYROM). Mr. Glogorijevic is well known for his tireless criticism of the government in Skopje and its infamous propaganda campaign which aims not only toward the eventual annexation of the Greek province of Macedonia, but which has been falsifying history with fantastic claims that can only be referred as fiction by serious scholars and historians.

We are concerned for the physical, emotional, and psychological well being of Mr. Glogorijevic who is a most serious and honorable dissident attempting to bring the attention of the world on the authoritarian tactics and measures used by the government in Skopje to curb criticism and opposition, and to expose its long term expansionist claims against Greece. We believe that serious sanctions should be imposed on FYROM until that country effectively undertakes decisive and irreversible democratic forms that guarantees freedom of speech and thought to all citizens, and which stops the manufacture of propaganda against neighboring Greece.

Protest letter of the arrest of Mr. Vasil Gligorov (aka Vasko Gligorijevic) in the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia

To: The EU Parliament, UN Missions, Human Rights Agencies, World Media, US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, UN Special Mediator Mr. Matthew Nimetz, Hellenic Foreign Minister Dora Bakogianni, & the Hellenic Parliament

We should like to bring to your attention the apparent arrest of Mr. Vasil Gligorov (aka Vasko Gligorijevic) in the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (the FYROM). Reportedly on January 28, 2009 the FYROM police charged into Mr. Gligorov’s apartment where they arrested him purportedly because of his activist actions. Mr. Gligorov, a university graduate in history, has devoted his efforts at improving Slavic-Greek friendship through the advancement of historiographic and anthropological scholarship about Southern Slavs in the Balkans and Greeks as well as the various aspects of their mutual cultural and political relations. He is a strong critic of the extreme nationalistic narrative of “Makedonism” and one of the leading members of the Slavic Philhellenic Network.

At this time, the whereabouts of Mr. Gligorov are unknown although we have learned that he has since been imprisoned and suffered physical and mental torture and may be close to death.

This alleged government-supported action is a blatant case of extremely repressive behavior akin to a totalitarian regime as opposed to a country, which aspires to become a member of the European Union and NATO. In any free democratic society, voices such as Mr. Gligorov’s cannot and must not be suppressed. We call upon your Agency and other Human Rights NGOs to investigate the aforementioned case and facilitate the immediate release of Mr. Gligorov from detention.

FYROM must abandon the mentality of its communist past era that has resulted in ill treatment of its minorities and hostile irredentist behavior towards its neighbors. The FYROM leadership’s eerie fascist performance is continuous. It was also recently self-exposed when they promoted through National TV channels an approximately nine minute video, entitled “Macedonian Prayer.” In the video God himself appeared, telling the people of the FYROM that “he had populated the earth with three races of people, the white race or Macedonoids, the yellow race or Mongoloids and the black race or Negroids, while all other people in the world were mulattos”. These extreme racial beliefs, which underlie a virulent ethnocentric narrative are especially troubling and dampen enthusiasm about the prospect of a viable and lasting solution to the perennial name problem.

Our Association is a USA based organization and our members’ origins are from Macedonia, the northern province of Greece. Many are also citizens of Greece and therefore citizens of the European Union. Moreover, when a misfortune such as Mr. Grigorov’s, occurs, it becomes the concern of all peace-loving nations on earth.

Ο Σερβικής καταγωγής και δημιουργός του Σλαβικού Φιλελληνικού Δικτύου συνελήφθη σήμερα το πρωί από την αστυνομία (FYROM). Σχετικοί σύνδεσμοι εδώ και εδώ.

Το φασιστικό κράτος των Σλαβομακεδονιστών δεν δέχεται ΕΛΕΥΘΕΡΕΣ ΦΩΝΕΣ. Μήπως αιτία της συλλήψης είναι το καταπληκτικό άρθρο με τίτλο FYROM: Fascism in Action αλλά και η μετάφραση του γνωστού κρατικού Σκοπιανού βίντεο με θέμα τα ρατσιστικά σχόλια εναντίων φυλών που δεν φέρουν άσπρο χρώμα στο δέρμα ?

Οι Σλαβομακεδονιστές δεν αντέχουν τον διάλογο, πόσο μάλλον ανθρώπους που τους λένε την αλήθεια για το ποιοί είναι και τι ήταν.

Συνέλαβαν Σέρβο φιλέλληνα στα Σκόπια

Για προσβολή του «μακεδονισμού» συνελήφθη ο Σέρβος ακτιβιστής, Βάσκο Γκλιγκόροβιτς, από τις Αρχές της ΠΓΔΜ. Η είδηση έγινε γνωστή σήμερα και διαδόθηκε αστραπιαία σε ελληνικά, σερβικά και ξένα blogs.

O Βάσκο Γκλιγκόροβιτς σύστησε πρόσφατα το «ΣΛΑΒΙΚΟ ΦΙΛΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΟ ΔΙΚΤΥΟ» στα Σκόπια, μια ΜΚΟ, που στόχο έχει να παραθέσει σοβαρά επιστημονικά επιχειρήματα στους ισχυρισμούς των γειτόνων, για… απευθείας καταγωγή τους από το Μέγα Αλέξανδρο και το Βουκεφάλα.

Φοιτητής ιστορίας στο πανεπιστήμιο «Κύριλλος και Μεθόδιος» των Σκοπίων, ο Βάσκο Γκλιγκόροβιτς, έγινε γνωστός τον περασμένο Σεπτέμβριο, όταν παρουσιάστηκε σε συμβολαιογράφο της πρωτεύουσας, προκειμένου να καταγράψει επίσημα την άποψή του, για την ταυτότητα των αυτοαποκαλούμενων «Μακεδόνων» της ΠΓΔΜ.

Ο ίδιος, μετά από δικαστικό αγώνα, έλαβε και πάλι τη σερβική κατάληξη στο επίθετό του και από… Γκλιγκόροφ επανήλθε στο Γκλιγκόροβιτς.

Τον περασμένο Ιούνιο, η zougla.gr ειχε φιλοξενήσει τις απόψεις του Σέρβου φιλέλληνα για τη σκοπιανή διαμάχη, γύρω από το θέμα της ονομασίας της ΠΓΔΜ.

Στα γειτονικά Σκόπια, που ζουν το δικό τους... «μακεδονικό» μύθο, είναι σε ισχύ νόμος του 1996, που απαγορεύει οποιαδήποτε επιστημονική έρευνα για την εθνική ταυτότητα των κατοίκων της χώρας.

Vasilije Gligorijevic a activist blogger is arrested from FYROM ultra -nationalist Regime

Please help him. Vasko’s last message was posted in Facebook and MOTW saying:

“I am being arrested tonight. Pray for me all. The police is in my flat, they are searching it.”

Its widely known that exercising one’s right to freedom of expression is an unknown term to FYROM’s regime when it has to do with criticizing the state-imposed Ultra-Nationalism prevailing today among FYROM’s population.

I remind Vasko Gligorijevic is an Serbian origin activist, strong criticizer of “Pseudomacedonism” and one of the leading members of The Slavic Philhellenic Network. The international community and especially the Human Rights Organizations should intervene energetically and put an end to stop this comedy. Freedom of expression went to Jail in FYROM
